Rusonik, O’Connor, Robbins, Ross, & Angelini, LLP is dedicated to maintaining a diverse partnership of lawyers and support staff that reflect the full diversity of the community we serve.  


We take pride in our economic model in which no lawyer profits at the expense of another and our four-day work week and industry leading compensation, vacation and benefit levels for our staff.


Maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment where partners and staff can concentrate solely on serving our clients is our primary internal priority.  


We also believe the work we do and the way we do it should promote diversity and inclusion outside of our workplace as well.  This means promoting inclusiveness, breaking down the barriers of racism and racial prejudice, and acknowledging we share in the collective responsibility to advance reconciliation in the relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Ontario and throughout Canada.


We believe doing the work we do well and creating a model work environment is our way of bettering the country as a whole.
